Challenges

We are looking for a driven, innovative technical designer to define how users interact with our agents.

• Design agents end to end across a range of use cases built to automate the billions of human hours spent on menial tasks every year.
• Work past the edge of current design standards.

Role

You will develop and improve our product, including:

• Design digital user interfaces for an AI-powered software platform, including layouts, prototypes, navigation menus, and production-ready screens
• Design and test interfaces that facilitate human-computer interaction and maximize usability of AI agents across browsers and devices
• Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across the product
• Evaluate designs against web and accessibility standards and optimize for cross-browser/cross-device compatibility
• Conduct usability testing and user research to validate and refine digital experiences
• Own marketing website design, content, and structure; analyze web use metrics and optimize for marketability and search engine ranking
• Use web framework applications and client-side code to prototype and implement designs
