Opportunity
Think of this as a “Generalist for GTM.” You’ll wear multiple hats across growth marketing, sales development, and demand generation. Owning whatever drives pipeline fastest. You’ll:
- Design & run multi-channel campaigns (email, paid, social, community, partnerships) inside Seam’s own AI growth platform.
- Prospect & qualify high-value accounts— automate outbound when needed, inbound when it spikes—handing hot opportunities to founders.
- Hack new acquisition loops: landing pages, viral product drops, referral plays, and unconventional stunts.
- Instrument the funnel: track metrics, surface insights, and recommend next bets to the COO/CEO.
- Ship experiments weekly: minimum viable → learn → iterate, automating everything you can in Seam.
This role is perfect for a high-agency ex-SDR who crushed quota, loves data, and wants broad exposure to every GTM function before choosing a specialty.
You May Be a Fit If
- 1–2 years in a quota-carrying SDR/BDR or growth role at a high-growth tech company, consistently top-quartile.
- Elite communicator: crisp writing, persuasive storytelling, flawless follow-through.
- Data-curious builder: comfortable in Excel/Sheets.
