We are looking for a driven, innovative growth marketer to define how we scale our pipeline efforts.

• Jump into the unknown of new channels, new acquisition techniques, new product drops, and new ideas.
• Lay the foundation for driving top-line growth for the company, across paid advertising, outbound email campaigns, landing page optimization, SEO efforts, and our lifecycle marketing campaigns.

Role

You’ll be responsible for owning pipeline funnel metrics:

• Drive net new leads for Seam across our entire funnel, from top-of-funnel awareness to bottom-of-funnel demand generation.
• Ideate and execute new top-of-funnel campaigns or viral loops designed to drive net-new customers to Seam.
• Own the feedback loop of testing new campaigns, analyzing the results, and sharing learnings with our broader team.
• Drive experiments at scale. You’ll be expected to hold yourself accountable to shipping fast & often.
